You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify Hubfollo immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security. Hubfollo is not liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to secure your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree not to misuse Hubfollo’s services, including but not limited to: uploading harmful code, engaging in fraudulent marketing practices, or violating applicable laws and regulations. Hubfollo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Hubfollo operates on a subscription-based model. By purchasing a plan, you agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize recurring charges. Refunds are only available as outlined in our refund policy. For enterprise clients, invoicing and special terms may apply.

6. Free Trials

Free trial accounts may have limited functionality and are subject to termination at Hubfollo’s discretion. No credit card is required unless you select a paid plan.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and branding provided by Hubfollo are the intellectual property of Hubfollo and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Data & Privacy

Hubfollo collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. Enterprise clients may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

9. Third-Party Services

Hubfollo may integrate with third-party platforms such as social media networks, email providers, or analytics tools. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of use of these third-party services.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or external factors may temporarily affect service availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hubfollo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hubfollo, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension & Termination

Hubfollo may suspend or permanently terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access Hubfollo immediately ceases.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hubfollo operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to Terms

Hubfollo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant updates by email or via the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.
